Public room preview

This is what the YMI room looks like during a trading week.

Members use daily KPLs, trade plans, model context, Pro automation, and review threads to build a plan. This is not blind-copy trading.

Room operating map

What you open first.

Daily plan

Bias, KPLs, regime notes, and what to avoid before the open.

Model context

VIP scanner and model output used as context, not trade commands.

Pro setup

NinjaTrader automation, templates, Machine ID, and SIM-first checks.

Review loop

Trade reviews, missed setups, mistakes, and next-session adjustments.

First value: know the plan before the market starts moving.

Real room artifacts

One morning workflow, shown instead of described.

These are dated product artifacts, not a live feed. They show how a member moves from plan to KPL map to regime context before reviewing execution.

Regime, sizing context, and conditions before the open

1 · Morning plan

Regime, sizing context, and conditions before the open

Real dashboard artifact dated Dec 14, 2025. It shows compression, signal confidence, sizing context, and what to watch.

Traditional levels and model context in one post

2 · ES KPL map

Traditional levels and model context in one post

Real Discord artifact dated Dec 14, 2025. Levels and model output are planning context, not trade commands.

Conditions changed, so the plan changed

3 · Regime update

Conditions changed, so the plan changed

Real alert artifact dated Oct 27, 2025. Screenshot label does not make any trade safe; sizing and risk rules still apply.

Pro setup path

NinjaTrader 8 and data connection first. Machine ID goes through the approved Pro support path, followed by install, license validation, one-template SIM checks, and only then a live-risk decision.

4 · Losing-trade review template

Plan: wait for confirmation at KPL2. Result: stop hit. Process miss: entry came before confirmation. Risk response: no size increase and no recovery trade.

5 · Next-session adjustment

Require a close-and-hold confirmation, cap the setup at one attempt, and record whether the same rule would have prevented the prior loss. This is a representative review example, not a member result.

What happens inside

KPL Reviewmember trade review

Fast session review. Risk plan adjusted around payout rules.

Members discuss when to reduce risk, not only when they win.

KPL value is decision context: where attention belongs, when to pause, and when payout risk matters more than pressing.
Marty + KPLmember recap

Mixed bot/manual review using Marty, FVGs, and KPLs.

The room shows what was planned, what was followed, what was missed, and what changes tomorrow.

The product is not a single indicator. It is a feedback loop between levels, bots, review, and discipline.
Model Contextmodel output

Scanner context organizes what members study before risk.

VIP value is a structured research view with model context.

The models help members choose risk-on versus risk-off conditions instead of treating every setup equally.
Process Coachingpro support

Nightly process check: model state and risk-on/risk-off conditions.

Cameron coaches decision quality instead of copy-trade dependency.

This is why the room matters: member behavior improves when process gets inspected daily.

How the room compounds

01

Map

KPLs mark the zones where members should pay attention before the session starts.

02

Classify

Regime context separates trend days from range days so the wrong strategy is not forced into the wrong market.

03

Execute

Members either trade the plan manually or use Pro automation through Marty and KPL bot templates.

04

Review

The room turns wins, losses, missed trades, and payout-risk decisions into tomorrow's process.
